Dear friends and families,
Hope you all are doing well, so friends, let me tell you something that I have been learning. when it comes to everyday living, we can walk according to the unchanging principles of God’s Word or by our constantly changing feelings. When we live by God’s Word, we have stability. When we live by our own feelings, it’s like riding a roller coaster; one day we are up, and the next day we are down.
Friends, God wants to bring us into emotional maturity, but we have to cooperate with God. This calls for a daily act of our will; choosing to do things in God’s way rather than our own ways. And once it becomes a habit, we will discover that life is more enjoyable. Now, we don’t let everyone who knocks on our door come in and make themselves at home, do we? of course not. So, why would we let every emotion that surfaces dictate the direction of our day or decide our responses?
At the end let me share with you one verse which is from Proverbs 4:23
“Above all else, guard your heart,
for everything you do flows from it.”
So may, the Lord will continue to be our shepherd and guide us to a place of peace and prosperity; in Jesus' mighty name I pray. God bless you all.
Lots of love and blessings.
