1. Worship and Teaching
The valuing and care of God’s creation is not an optional extra for those who can afford it, but part of the spiritual calling of all Christians wherever they are placed.

- Introduce and cement environmental responsibility into our preaching, teaching (notices), prayer and general worship, through the year, and using the opportunities that Harvest, Creation-tide and Environment Sunday offer.
- Use our considerable individual world-wide connections and links to inform the wider congregation of the global impact of the Climate Crisis, and support and pray for those areas as we are able.
- As a part of Sunday worship, when appropriate, to utilise our own limited outdoor space to enable folk to connect with the God of creation (all age prayer stations, children’s and youth activities, etc).
- Work alongside other informal groups, agencies and pressure groups, affirming environmental action as a valued Christian vocation, and be willing to sacrifice our own worship routines when necessary to support the greater good.
