Changing our personal lifestyles is essential if we’re to worship God with heart, soul, mind and strength – and love our neighbours as ourselves.
Our Lifestyle group aims to promote ethical and environmentally aware consumption patterns by individuals and households.

Just One Thing
We share one practical lifestyle action that can be taken each month. This is repeated throughout the month in our Church notices and Weekly Newsletter, encouraging our members to take just one step each month to a greener lifestyle.

Climate Corner
In our foyer display, we share information, stories and examples of lifestyle action to encourage individuals to take actions in their personal lives to care for God’s creation.
Lifestyle Questionnaire
In Spring 2026, we conducted the first of an annual ‘Lifestyle’ survey of our church members. This provided us with a baseline view of where people are currently at and an insight into the barriers to engagement and involvement in personal lifestyle action. We are using this data to develop annual plans to support lifestyle changes, emissions reductions and energy transitions across the community and church family.
