This workshop at Women's Footprints led by Freedom Personal Safety was useful and helpful (if sadly necessary) as a group of around 13 women were shown practical ways to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to keep themselves and others safe physically and emotionally. Attendee Judith Keeble said: "This session really boosted my confidence and helped me to have some strategies in case I found myself in a threatening situation. It was actually fun and it was great how the women supported each other and enjoyed working together." Read more about Freedom Personal Safety here.
