"For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope". Jeremiah 29:11
Dear friends and families,
Hope you all are doing well in Christ. I wanted to share with you all, a little thought regarding the plans of God for our lives which we know but easily forget as well. Then God reminds us through His word, people, and His own spirit. I was having little ups and down with this matter but thanks to God’s love and care who give us peace and assurance just in time. Sometimes we overthink the situation and worry about many things happening around us. Do we know how much it overrules our life? It's just like a snowball; it starts small, but as you roll it over and over in your mind, it becomes bigger and bigger until it has the potential to bury you. What’s the answer? “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5)
We should know and remember all the time that God is bigger than anything. For sure he has better plans not only better but also plans with a great future and hope for all of us. Planning involves thinking, placing, and executing. God does exactly the same. He thinks, place us in the right position, and executes what is good for us which is again I say God has plans not to harm us but plans to give us hope and a future.
In this Lent season, Let us keep reminding ourselves not to overstress about everything but to dwell in God’s words and love. God loves us and He also loves his creation, but He will work according to His plans and not according to our own plans. He is a way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper, and light in the darkness. Even if we cannot see it, even if we cannot feel it but God never stops, I repeat God never stops working for our future and hope.
"For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope". Jeremiah 29:11
With lots of love and blessings.
