Practicing self-compassion and kindness. Monday 4th Feb, 1Oam-12pm.
In this workshop you will develop an understanding of what kindness and compassion mean, and share some thoughts on what gets in the way of being compassionate to yourself. You will be introduced to two exercise to help foster self=compassion and understand the positive impact of acts of kindness.
Learning Optimism. Monday 18th March, 10am-12pm.
In this session you will learn the difference between optimism and pessimism, and share ideas and thought about helpful and unhelpful aspects of optimism and pessimism. You will also be introduced to a tool that will help you to cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
