This Sunday's service was the last one for our curate Jess Davis, who is moving on to lead her own church in Birstall, Leeds. Her final talk was on the importance of respecting the creation we are a part of (and in true Jess style we had a brief mention of 'limbo communion' – quickly dismissed as an option). We said goodbye – in person and via Zoom – to Jess, Simon, Luke and Emma who have been much loved members of the Brunswick family (one which you never really leave) for the last three and a bit years and prayed for God's richest blessing on them as they move onto their new ministry.
