Yesterday morning was our annual harvest service. An All Together Special featuring a quiz, our harvest hymn 'We go to Asda Longsight' (to the tune of 'We Plough the Fields and Scatter'), more songs, prayer stations, a Thanksgiving for baby Amara, and afterwards, for the first time in ages, our after-service lunch. Big thanks to those who provided food (we 're not quite back to full Bring and Share just yet). In these times of food banks, shortages and financial worries, we had much to be thankful to God for.
