Sad news this week with the passing of our former minister, Martin Gooder (a.k.a. "Mr Goodyear"!). Martin and Carol were at St Saviour's church before Brunswick and Martin was influential in the great design of the new church building, which has helped us serve the community for 45 years (needs a bit of TLC now - hence our Refurb project). They stayed at Brunswick until 1992 and we're sure many on the estate will remember them. Some of us long-term Brunswick church members owe a lot to their example of following Jesus well. Martin's funeral will be on July 5, 12:30pm at at Holy Trinity, Tunstead, 318 Newchurch Rd, Bacup OL13 0LD.
