Dear PCC members
Please find attached yesterdays minutes and action tracker - also our introduction to Kathreen !

In terms of PCC's in Spring - we would propose January, February and March - the AGM can ( and probably will ) be later next year in late April/early May .
Easter is weekend of 3/4th April and our House party is planned for 23/25th April

I will send out Doodle poll and separate email for the various dates- as usual 1 will be Tuesday (Jan)/ 1 Wednesday (Feb) and 1 Thursday (march )

For those that haven't had an agenda before (as 5 pages looks BIG) - we try to follow through actions we have set ourselves. Anything in RED is an update in actions and anything that PCC need to do prior or during meeting is also in RED

Any questions or comments beforehand please contact the Chair (jess !!) or myself - if you can confirm you have email that would be great as we seem to be having some issues at present
