5. A Treasurers report for the AGM regarding 2020 accounts 
6.  A copy of the 2020 accounts - password is BRUN1529 - Sally writes "Those who do read the accounts may spot that there is a very small calculation error on the balance sheet on page 8 - the 2020 restricted funds figure in the Funds of the Charity section should be 126,591 (rather than 126,531) and the total should therefore be 476,660 rather than 476,600".

There is no Garden update , despite ongoing work for this year, mostly because there has been no further questionnaires received . PCC are asked if they could fill one in please !

Great news ....- since Thursday we have received another grant and gifts that mean we no longer have a gap on Phase 1 of Refurb - Praise God !

many apologies for lateness of this paper, but I have only just had the final numbers this morning 

Attached is a paper, a list of Value Engineering (Savings on build) that Refurb group have agreed with OMI, and a spreadsheet that sets out some of the numbers that the paper mentions ( as some of you prefer numbers !)
I would suggest that given the lateness of the information and importance of decisions we will go through it in detail this evening 

The Church Community Garden paper is now a 10 minute presentation with a few questions for us to consider regrading principles  as well as a quick update on the suggestions already made by the respondents to the questionnaire . Anne hopes to join us to present this and listen to any comments as part of meeting 

Please also add to list of apologies Joel, and also note that Judith as well as Jess might join late .

In terms of PCC's in Spring - we would propose January, February and March - the AGM can ( and probably will ) be later next year in late April/early May . 
Easter is weekend of 3/4th April and our House party is planned for 23/25th April 

I will send out Doodle poll and separate email for the various dates- as usual 1 will be Tuesday (Jan)/ 1 Wednesday (Feb) and 1 Thursday (march )
